{"id":7937,"date":"2019-12-05T16:42:40","date_gmt":"2019-12-05T12:42:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blueshield.ge\/?p=7937"},"modified":"2019-12-13T12:17:50","modified_gmt":"2019-12-13T08:17:50","slug":"taiex-expert-mission-on-risk-management-for-movable-and-immovable-monuments-during-emergency-situations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blueshield.ge\/?p=7937&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"TAIEX Expert Mission on Risk\u00a0Management for Movable and Immovable Monuments during Emergency Situations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On 2-4 December 2019, with the initiative of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia and with the support of <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/neighbourhood-enlargement\/tenders\/taiex_en\">TAIEX<\/a>, the mission of international experts on the protection and risk management of immovable and movable monuments of the Georgian cultural heritage during emergencies was carried out.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the mission was, to\u00a0evaluate\u00a0the situation\u00a0in terms of risk prevention and management to cultural heritage, introduction of the participants to the European legislation, strategies and best practices and, on that basis, to develop recommendations for the development of the Strategy and Action Plan for the preparation of the\u00a0risk preparedness plans cultural heritage institutions.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blueshield.ge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/78154045_3496095977074789_302765438834573312_o.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7933\" src=\"http:\/\/blueshield.ge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/78154045_3496095977074789_302765438834573312_o.jpg\" alt=\"78154045_3496095977074789_302765438834573312_o\" width=\"960\" height=\"639\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blueshield.ge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/78154045_3496095977074789_302765438834573312_o.jpg 960w, https:\/\/blueshield.ge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/78154045_3496095977074789_302765438834573312_o-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The three-day workshop was led by Adele Chase (Project Director and Coordinator of the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Italy) and Luis Carvalho (Civil Defense Coordinator of the Municipality of Amadora, Portugal).
