Heritage Club’s Course “Cultural Heritage and Law”
On November 9, 2016 Heritage Club’s fourth course – “Cultural Heritage and Law” has launched. The aim of the course is to create a general idea about cultural heritage law, to raise awareness, to identify the problems and to analyze them.
Following subjects will be discussed within the course: The constitutional frame of the matter, national and international regulations, as well as, theoretical and practical drawbacks concerning the practical examples. This theoretical course will introduce the participants to reading material. Lawyers will be invited during the course, who have worked on cultural heritage cases presented at court.
